Soft tissue release (STR) is a manual therapy technique that can help treat and assess the body’s soft tissues, such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, and fascia. It can help with a variety of issues, including:

This course is accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and ABT.
Duration: 3 day course. Must be qualified in massage (proof required).
Products, equipment are provided for the training session. Learners work on each other during the course and on models.
£400. Sessions 5th, 12th December and 9th January. 3 sessions all to be attended.
