Here at Polished Nail and Beauty Training we take privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to provide you with the products and services you have requested from us.

If you register for a Polished training course your personal information is held by us and is only shared with our insurance and accreditation company ABT if the need arises.

If you register for a VTCT training course your personal information is held by us and shared with VTCT to enable us to register you for the qualification and to gain your certificate upon successful completion.

Your personal information is collected by Polished Nail and Beauty Training through information you provide via our website, on an enrolment form, upon paying for a course, on your test paper, portfolio including e portfolio and on the feedback form learners are asked to complete. Your personal information is used to process your qualification, to register you for the qualification and provide documents and certification relating to this. Your personal information will also be used for marketing (email address) if you have provided us with consent on the feedback form. Your personal information is held by us for a period of 7 years in line with our insurance policy. If you provide us with consent to contact you via our mailing list then your email address will be shared with Mailchimp in order for us to do this. This account is password protected.

Personal information is kept in locked cabinets on site that are only accessible by authorised personnel. Records held on laptops, tablets and phones are password protected. Payments made via PayPal, means your details are shared with PayPal. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold on you, you must make this request in writing and we will provide this information within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you feel we have mishandled your information. CCTV is in operation on the outside of the building this is controlled by Trinity Enterprise. It is in place for the safety of those working and visiting the site.

If there was ever a breach of your personal information we will inform you within 72 hours along with the ICO and our insurance. Parking outside of our premises is at your own risk. Any possessions brought onto the premises are at your own risk and the business does not accept any liability for this.
